What's your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as your item is unused and still has the original tags on it.  To return an item, contact us at help@shopfortress.com so we can start the process.  If your item is damaged or we send you the wrong item altogether, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Since we’re still a small startup, returns for other reasons will have the cost of shipping the item back to us deducted from your refund.  

How do I get free shipping?

With a minimum order of $75, your order will qualify for free shipping, as long as it ships to an address in the U.S.

Are your scarves machine washable?

You bet!  Sweat and cry on them all you want, then throw them in the washing machine and the dryer so you don't go to the next game carrying a cloud of stink with you.  Our official recommendation is that you wash them in a delicate laundry bag so they don't get snagged on anything.  Click here to see what they look like.  Yeah, we don't either, but don't say we didn't tell you.

My scarf got a snag, should I pull it?

For the love of soccer, no! The scarves are made of soft, plushy, woven cotton, not steel.  Pulling will only make it worse.  If you just got your scarf delivered from us and it's a bad snag, reach out to us at help@shopfortress.com and send us a picture.  If it happens at some point afterwards, just snip the snagged part like the classy person you are and continue to enjoy your scarf.
